• Welcome to the new North Tahoe High School website! We appreciate your patience as we work to update our new site.

NTHS has a lot to be proud of and offers a phenomenal educational experience for our students. Recently, we were honored with California's Title 1 Academic Achievement Award. We were also awarded a six-year accreditation period from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). NTHS also has a highly acclaimed band program including the popular jazz band, the fastest boys Nordic ski team in the U.S., a successful partnership between NTHS’s culinary academy and local restaurants, and an expanded Ski/Independent Study Academy. The academy offers customized study programs for students involved in sports/artistic pursuits who need a flexible schedule but want a comprehensive high school experience.

  • NTHS Letterman's Jackets are now available!!!!!

Orders need to be placed in the next 3 weeks to get them by the end of December.  To order, go to neffco.com and then you click on Varsity Jackets.  From there, you choose California in the scroll down bar and then schools are alphabetical.  Letters can be sent in and sewed on for only $2.50 or you can zip out the liner to sew them on yourself or locally.  Students who don't play sports can add music letters from Dean or Academic Letters they get from the office at the end of their senior year.  There are 3 lines of embroidery on the front for the student's name and 2 lines for sports.
